Good-Bye Mr. Johnson
Kindergarten is about authentic writing. We bid farewell to the man that has kept our school safe and clean for the last six years. Ty Johnson has been promoted so we are happy, but he will be missed.

An Observation of an Object from Nature
We are slowly learning each workstation in Kindergarten. Once a week each student will do an observation of an object from nature. We observed this bamboo plant together. Next week the children will observe an object of their choosing.
We Love Our Libaray!
This week we visited the library for the first time. We will go every other Monday. Please help your child to remember to turn in their books every Monday in the Book Return box in the Kindergarten hallway. This way they can always take another piece of the library home with them.

Our First Scientific Experiment
When we have been respectful, responsible and ready to learn, we sometimes earn the right to get our class pet, Rocky Road Milkshake Kindergarten, out for further learning.
